Our great country celebrates its 241st birthday on Tuesday, July 4, and we have a long weekend of fun planned beginning Friday, June 30. Here is a tidbit of information that maybe you didn’t know. Fireworks were first used to celebrate the Fourth of July in 1777 when they were ignited over Philadelphia.
